This is a review of the Cuisinart EM200U is an espresso maker by Cuisinart. Cuisinart is a well known manufacturer of espresso makers, soup makers, grills and many more food making products.
The EM200U is the latest espresso makers by Cuisinart, and comes in a stainless steel finish. Not only does it make espressos, but as espressos can be used as a base for other drinks it can also make cappuccinos and lattes as well.

Hear are a few facts and features about the Cuisinart EM200U espresso maker:
- The Cuisinart EM200U is a 15 bar pump espresso machine. The more bars you have the better the taste of the coffee as the bars determines how much pressure the maker lets the water off at. 10 bars can make a decent espresso, while 15 bars (Like this one) makes an excellent espresso.
- As well as espressos, the Cuisinart EM200U also makes cappuccinos and lattes. So if you want a cappuccino or a latte you simply have to press the relevant buttons and this will be made for you with ease.
- Variable cup sizes. You can program how big you want your cup size to be, giving you a different size depending on how thirsty you are.
- Cup warming tray. Allows you to warm up your cup so your espresso, cappuccino or latte stays warmer for longer.
- Easy to clean. The drip tray and the cover are removable so cleaning your machine couldn’t be easier.
- Boil water function. The EM200U by Cuisinart can also boil water on it’s own, which is ideal if you also want to make tea with this machine. The jug holds 2L (8 cups) and is removable.
- Separate frothing jug. The EM200U also comes with a frothing jug which allows you to make froth for on top of your drink.
Verdict On The EM200U
I wanted to review the Cuisinart EM200U because I have a couple of other products by Cuisinart with are both very good. And sticking true to the perception I have of them, this product didn’t let me down. It is a solid espresso maker which brings coffee shop type coffee to your home. If you want a good quality espresso machine that is easy to clean and maintain then this could be the one for you. If not you should check out out other espresso makers.
